Nom Wah Tea Parlor serves dim sum all day on demand and has over 10 different types of tea's. Located in the heart of of Chinatown, come check out the home of the "original" egg roll!

Established in 1920

Open since 1920, Nom Wah Tea Parlor is the first and oldest tea parlor in Chinatown, NY -  Wilson is now the current owner who took over this establishment from his uncle.   Growing up as a kid, I recall walk around this neighborhood.  The restaurant still has the original decor.  It is always busy  for Breakfast, Brunch and dinner.

Patient Heli-vac off the ship in San Juan.. The helicopter did not land but hovered over the ship – This operation took 18 minutes.

(Note: The ship had to turn around during our trip home and head back to San Juan where the Helicopter could be met.  This extended our trip by one day. As you may know,  that cause a lot of issues for foreign travelers or anyone going home.  The ship open up their phone and internet so everyone can rebook or reschedule their trip)

Dropped off a US Coast Guard and a basket == Lifted up Patient and one Medical team from the Ship == Finally the US Coast Guard.

Before it departed, the Helicopter Hover for like 20 second for us to wave good bye.

The Pilot was female. 

The word is the Patient is doing well; the Son flew to San Juan.  The family/love one on ship will meet up in San Juan.

Thanks to the Crew Members and especially the Captain who made the decision to turn back to San Juan and to the 4 guests who donated blood.

2012 01 23 Basseterre St. Kitts - This island was a bust unless you are doing some island exploring , there is nothing near the docks.

2012 01 20 San Juan Puerto Rico- We had a good time there. There was a local flea market where the locals presented their hand-made goods.   One of the better flea market and not your everyday  fly-by flea market.

2012 01 19 Labedee Haiti - RCCL's  own island. We rented out a cabana ( est $200.00 for 4ppl)  that was not readily available to anyone yet and our = concierge took very good care of us. There are 6 new cabanas Built right before our trip. We had our own Cabana boy other than me lol

2007 04 06 Martha Vineyard.

2007 04 06 - Martha Vineyard - Was a guest of  one of the executives  in Martha Vineyard.  I decided before last minute to take on the  offer of a life time and that was to visit  - I still recall dropping by a local market asking for direction and a lady at the cashier asked If i needed a lift.  Very neighborly - I declined and said I will walked since everything was in walking distance. (The Cashier looked at her like "you crazy lady?... offering a ride to a total stranger lol)
